Vape-free victory

The USF College of Public Healths (COPH) Vapes on Campus (VOC) project has been named the Tobacco Free Partnership of Broward Countys Member Champion of the Year Smoke-Free Initiatives, recognizing the teams statewide impact on vaping and nicotine prevention among college students. The award was presented Sept. 18 in Fort Lauderdale.

USF Honors College Strengthens 9-Year Partnership with Kerolle Initiative in Dominican Republic

The Judy Genshaft Honors College continues to build on a decade-long partnership with the Kerolle Initiative in the Dominican Republic, a local non-profit pop-up clinic that brings medical care and health education to rural populations. This year, Honors students expanded research beyond the trip, and the college recognized Dr. Reginald Kerolle as an official Honors graduate.
