Gluten Free, Vegan, Organic Chocolates

Delicious Autumn Recipe Alert! Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins with ChocAlive! Chocolate Spread!

We are celebrating the bounty of the Fall Season with these incredible gluten free, pumpkin spice muffins (thanks to Trader Joe's GF Pumpkin Muffin Mix!) iced with our amazing gluten free, vegan, soy free and organic ChocAlive! Chocolate Spread! You must try this recipe:

2 cups Trader Joe's GF Pumpkin/Pancake/Waffle Mix

2 Eggs (or egg replacer if you are vegan)

1 cup milk (or any milk substitute if you are vegan: almond or coconut milk are great!)

4 Tbs melted butter (we love coconut oil if you vegan!)

1 cup organic pumpkin puree

1 Tsp of agave, honey, or pure maple syrup

Sprinkle each of cinnamon, ginger and clove

Spoon mixture into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Cool a bit and slather with ChocAlive! Chocolate Spread (our favorite part!)

Makes 12 muffins
