We love to create incredibly decadent and still healthy versions of our favorite sweet treats and this one is magical...vegan, gluten free magic bars made with ChocAlive! Chocolate Spread! Here is the recipe for these yummy treats:
2, 10 oz jars of ChocAlive! Chocolate Spread (gluten free, vegan, organic & soy free)
8 oz Gluten-free graham crackers
4 TBS organic coconut oil
1 1/2 cups organic coconut butter
1/2 cup organic, raw agave nectar
1 cup organic coconut flakes or shredded coconut
1/4 cup organic cacao nibs
Process graham crackers in food processor until they are fine crumbs and add 4 TBS of melted coconut oil to make bottom layer "crust". Press crumbs evenly into 9x13 inch pan.
Gently melt 2 jars of ChocAlive! Chocolate Spread in sauce pan over lowest heat possible and pour over graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
Gently melt coconut butter and agave in a sauce pan until combined, spread over chocolate.
Sprinkle with cacao nibs, coconut or any topping of your choice (optional: chocolate chips, walnuts, etc).
Refrigerate for one hour until set, then dive in!
