Shipping & Exchange Policies
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS, or similar common carrier at the discretion of ChocAlive!, LLC. Orders may arrive within 3-7 business days depending on destination. Special orders for event or party favors require custom order and shipping scheduling and require at least one (1) month lead time (please inquire at: email@example.com for more details). ChocAlive! cannot ship orders to PO Boxes and can only ship orders within the United States to a valid address. If the customer provides an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges applied by carriers.
Warm Weather- Shipping:
Unfortunately, all chocolate melts when subjected to heat and sun. ChocAlive! will take every precaution when shipping to warm destinations or in warm months to temperature control packages for shipment, but cannot be held responsible if product is left in warm, hot or any other unsuitable conditions upon arrival to customer. ChocAlive! reserves the right to delay or re-schedule shipments should the temperatures be high enough to prevent safe shipping. Additional shipping fees may be applied for expedited or temperature controlled packing. We ask that you please take care to bring your ChocAlive! into a cool location immediately upon delivery.
Exchanges for Merchandise Damaged During Shipping Only:
ChocAlive! will gladly accept exchanges for merchandise damaged during shipping within 14 days of receipt. In the event our products arrive damaged upon shipment to customer, ChocAlive! will glady arrange a shipment for replacement merchandise at the same value. ChocAlive! is NOT responsible for damage incurred while in possession of customer or due to conditions or hot temperatures that could affect product if left unattended upon delivery.
