Dr. William Miller
William A. Miller, PhD, PE, earned a BS in mechanical engineering technology in 1975
at the University of Cincinnati, an MS in industrial engineering in 1979 at the University
of Cincinnati, and a PhD in industrial engineering in 1987 at Clemson University.
During his career his research interests were primarily in the areas of production
control, computer integrated manufacturing and project management. Since retiring
in 2005 his interest has been in the area of project management. He still teaches
courses, short courses and seminars in project management with a special interest
in the area of community development.
